Delivery & Returns

  1. Any delivery date quoted by Helium Hex shall be deemed to be an estimate only and Helium Hex shall not be under any liability to the Purchaser for late delivery. In any event, delivery times are approximate and variable. Orders placed on workdays on or before 2pm, we will aim to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. We always try to keep a shipping time of 1 - 3 working days. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this shipping time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

  2. For orders placed that require delivery within Dubai, we will strive to deliver the product on the same day. This will vary depending on how many orders are placed within the working day.

  3. All our products are located in our 3rd party Warehouse but most products will be able to be collected from our Office space if the customer wishes to collect the product/s.

  4. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Helium Hex, delivery shall be to the Purchaser at an address of the Purchaser as shown on the purchase order.

  5. All claims for damage to or partial loss of Goods in transit must be made by notice in writing to Helium Hex within seven days of delivery to the Purchaser or the agent of the Purchaser and any delivery note must be endorsed accordingly on delivery; and b) All claims of non-delivery of the whole consignment or package must be made by notice in writing to the carrier and the Helium Hex within seven days of receipt by the Purchaser or the agent of the Purchaser of Helium Hex invoice or advice note (whichever is received first): c) In the absence of notification of claims in accordance with the provisions of this Condition the Purchaser shall be deemed to have received the Goods in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

  6. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we'll instruct you where to send the items back to. The cost of the shipping is paid for by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at

  7.  We test and check our cable assemblies, antennas, connectors, mounts, adaptors and lightning protectors before we send the product to you to make sure you don't receive a defective product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will however, not accept returns of any used products.
